Akce se konala pod z\u00e1\u0161titou V\u00fdboru pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a&nbsp;V\u00fdboru pro zdravotnictv\u00ed a&nbsp;soci\u00e1ln\u00ed politiku. C\u00edlem semin\u00e1\u0159e bylo upozornit na rizika spojen\u00e1 s&nbsp;t\u011bmito l\u00e1tkami a&nbsp;diskutovat o&nbsp;mo\u017enostech jejich regulace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PFAS jsou skupinou perzistentn\u00edch l\u00e1tek s&nbsp;\u0161irok\u00fdm vyu\u017eit\u00edm v&nbsp;pr\u016fmyslu i&nbsp;spot\u0159ebn\u00edm zbo\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v&nbsp;\u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9m organismu nerozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed. Jejich toxikologick\u00fd profil vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 obavy, zejm\u00e9na ve vztahu k&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9 expozici a&nbsp;zdravotn\u00edm d\u016fsledk\u016fm. C\u00edlem semin\u00e1\u0159e bylo otev\u0159\u00edt interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed diskuzi mezi z\u00e1konod\u00e1rci, v\u011bdci, odborn\u00edky z&nbsp;ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy i&nbsp;nevl\u00e1dn\u00edch organizac\u00ed o&nbsp;v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 PFAS p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed, a&nbsp;o&nbsp;konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00edch v&nbsp;oblasti regulace, monitoringu a&nbsp;n\u00e1pravy.<br>Sen\u00e1tor Zden\u011bk Nytra, kter\u00fd semin\u00e1\u0159 inicioval, zd\u016fraznil nal\u00e9havost \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed problematiky PFAS v&nbsp;\u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Upozornil na jejich perzistenci v&nbsp;\u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a&nbsp;potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed rizika, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed pro obyvatelstvo.<br>Sen\u00e1torka Jarmila Smotlachov\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9m \u00favodn\u00edm slov\u011b upozornila, \u017ee problematika PFAS je teprve na za\u010d\u00e1tku dlouhodob\u00e9ho procesu, jeho\u017e hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ochrana zdrav\u00ed obyvatel, zejm\u00e9na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pitn\u00e9 vody.<br>\u00davodn\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161kou Prof. RNDr. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Cajthaml, Ph.D., z&nbsp;P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakulty UK nast\u00ednil v\u011bdeck\u00fd r\u00e1mec l\u00e1tek skupiny PFAS, p\u0159edstavil p\u0159ehled v\u011bdeck\u00fdch poznatk\u016f o&nbsp;PFAS, jejich vlastnostech a&nbsp;dopadech. Uvedl, \u017ee jde o&nbsp;l\u00e1tky biologicky aktivn\u00ed i&nbsp;p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch a&nbsp;zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed \u0159adu zdravotn\u00edch komplikac\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho rizika karcinom\u016f (zejm\u00e9na varlat a&nbsp;ledvin), naru\u0161en\u00ed hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy, imunitn\u00edch poruch (nap\u0159. sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 reakce na o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed), sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 plodnosti a&nbsp;porodn\u00ed hmotnosti d\u011bt\u00ed.<br>Upozornil, \u017ee problematika je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 25 let, ale implementace opat\u0159en\u00ed je st\u00e1le nedostate\u010dn\u00e1. Varoval p\u0159ed tendenc\u00ed nahrazovat zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 PFAS jejich \u201enov\u00fdmi\u201c variantami s&nbsp;nejasn\u00fdm profilem, kter\u00e9 mohou m\u00edt na \u010dlov\u011bka stejn\u00e9 dopady.<br>Z\u00e1stupkyn\u011b ekologick\u00e9 organizace Arnika Mgr. Karol\u00edna Brabcov\u00e1 se zab\u00fdvala ochranou ve\u0159ejnosti. Prezentovala v\u00fdsledky vlastn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu v\u00fdskytu PFAS ve spot\u0159ebn\u00edm zbo\u017e\u00ed (d\u011btsk\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed, v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1rky) i&nbsp;biomonitoringu (testov\u00e1n\u00ed krve politik\u016f na PFAS). Uvedla, \u017ee organizace dlouhodob\u011b usiluje o&nbsp;legislativn\u00ed z\u00e1kaz PFAS v&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m zbo\u017e\u00ed, zviditeln\u011bn\u00ed probl\u00e9mu v&nbsp;m\u00e9di\u00edch a&nbsp;mezi spot\u0159ebiteli a&nbsp;zm\u011bnu chov\u00e1n\u00ed firem a&nbsp;investor\u016f (tlak na ekologick\u00e9 certifikace).<br>Upozornila na to, \u017ee firmy se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed od PFAS samy odkl\u00e1n\u011bt, ale legislativn\u00ed z\u00e1kaz pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed PFAS v\u00e1zne. Uvedla, \u017ee jakmile je l\u00e1tka ze skupiny PFAS zak\u00e1z\u00e1na, jej\u00ed koncentrace v&nbsp;populaci kles\u00e1. Jak\u00e9koliv prodlen\u00ed v&nbsp;pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e1tek PFAS zvy\u0161uje zdravotn\u00ed riziko.<br>V&nbsp;diskuzi se tak\u00e9 objevily mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed aspekty problematiky l\u00e1tek PFAS. Je politov\u00e1n\u00edhodn\u00e9, \u017ee \u010cesk\u00e1 republika a&nbsp;Polsko jsou jedin\u00e9 zem\u011b EU, kter\u00e9 hlasuj\u00ed proti omezen\u00ed pesticid\u016f, je\u017e zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed l\u00e1tkami, jako je Flutolanil (fungicid) a&nbsp;Flufenacet (herbicid). Tyto l\u00e1tky p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zdroj jedn\u00e9 z&nbsp;v\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed kyseliny trifluoroctov\u00e9 (TFA), kter\u00e1 se v&nbsp;\u017eivotn\u00edm cyklu v\u00fdrobk\u016f a&nbsp;technologi\u00ed dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do prost\u0159ed\u00ed a&nbsp;je p\u0159\u00edtomna a\u017e v&nbsp;tis\u00edckr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed l\u00e1tky t\u00e9to skupiny.<br>Za Ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed \u010cR vystoupil Ing. Miroslav Kapoun, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na starosti zejm\u00e9na p\u0159edm\u011bty b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdrobky pro styk s&nbsp;potravinami, kosmetick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky a&nbsp;v\u00fdrobky pro d\u011bti do t\u0159\u00ed let. Uvedl v\u00fdsledky testov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00e9ho oble\u010den\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edtomnost l\u00e1tek typu PFAS. Z&nbsp;v\u00fdsledk\u016f vyplynulo, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina d\u011btsk\u00e9ho vod\u011bodoln\u00e9ho oble\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 testovali, vyhov\u011bla hygienick\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm.<br>S&nbsp;v\u00fdskytem PFAS v&nbsp;pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch vodovodech v&nbsp;\u010cR sezn\u00e1mil \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky semin\u00e1\u0159e MUDr. Franti\u0161ek Ko\u017e\u00ed\u0161ek, CSc., ze St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu (SZ\u00da). Vych\u00e1zel ze t\u0159\u00ed zdroj\u016f informac\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reprezentativn\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed proveden\u00e9 SZ\u00da a&nbsp;V\u0160CHT v&nbsp;roce 2021, kdy bylo sledov\u00e1no 192 vodovod\u016f ze v\u0161ech kraj\u016f \u010cR v&nbsp;rozsahu 28 l\u00e1tek PFAS. V\u00fdsledky sumy 28 PFAS byly v&nbsp;rozp\u011bt\u00ed 0&nbsp;\u2013 23,9 ng\/l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160et\u0159en\u00ed v&nbsp;potenci\u00e1ln\u011b rizikov\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch provedli z\u00e1stupci SZ\u00da a&nbsp;V\u0160CHT v&nbsp;roce 2021, kdy bylo vybr\u00e1no 27 lokalit s&nbsp;v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm chemick\u00fdm a&nbsp;automobilov\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslem: leti\u0161t\u011b, ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00fd are\u00e1l a&nbsp;zdroj vody byl v&nbsp;okruhu 5 a\u017e 10 km; bylo sledov\u00e1no 28 l\u00e1tek PFAS. V\u00fdsledky (mimo dvou vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1lez\u016f&nbsp;\u2013 komer\u010dn\u00ed studny v&nbsp;krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech) byly srovnateln\u00e9 s&nbsp;n\u00e1hodn\u00fdm v\u00fdb\u011brem z&nbsp;reprezentativn\u00edho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Datab\u00e1ze IS PiVo (v\u00fdsledky rozbor\u016f provozovatel\u016f vodovod\u016f a&nbsp;ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch studn\u00ed v&nbsp;rozsahu 20 l\u00e1tek PFAS) za obdob\u00ed 01\/2024 a\u017e 15.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;2025. V&nbsp;datab\u00e1zi PiVo jsou uvedeny v\u00fdsledky sumy PFAS u&nbsp;v\u00edce ne\u017e 2500 vzork\u016f z&nbsp;ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch vodovod\u016f a&nbsp;ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch i&nbsp;komer\u010dn\u00edch studn\u00ed. A\u017e na jednu v\u00fdjimku u&nbsp;mal\u00e9ho vodovodu byly v\u0161echny v\u00fdsledky pod hygienick\u00fdm limitem pro sumu 20 PFAS, v&nbsp;95 % byly n\u00e1lezy pod mez\u00ed stanovitelnosti. P\u0159\u00edpad nadlimitn\u00ed koncentrace PFAS bude \u0159e\u0161en zm\u011bnou zdroje vody.<br>V&nbsp;z\u00e1v\u011bru MUDr. Ko\u017e\u00ed\u0161ek uvedl, \u017ee zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed l\u00e1tkami PFAS je velmi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9, ov\u0161em plo\u0161n\u011b se nejedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;vysok\u00e9 koncentrace; charakter tohoto zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lze ozna\u010dit jako stopov\u00fd.<br>Za SOVAK \u010cR vystoupila Ing. Radka Hu\u0161kov\u00e1 z&nbsp;Pra\u017esk\u00fdch vodovod\u016f a&nbsp;kanalizac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u00e1stupkyn\u00ed SOVAK \u010cR v&nbsp;EurEau (Evropsk\u00e1 federace n\u00e1rodn\u00edch asociac\u00ed vod\u00e1rensk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zastupuje poskytovatele vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch slu\u017eeb z&nbsp;cel\u00e9 Evropy). Problematiku PFAS \u0159e\u0161ila z&nbsp;pohledu provozovatel\u016f VaK. Uvedla, \u017ee p\u0159esto\u017ee v&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti je koncentrace PFAS v&nbsp;pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b v&nbsp;\u010cR na udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 \u00farovni (dle pr\u016fzkumu mezi \u010dleny SOVAK \u010cR se koncentrace pohybuj\u00ed na 1\/10 hygienick\u00e9ho limitu pro sumu 20 PFAS), necht\u011bj\u00ed provozovatel\u00e9 VaK situaci podcenit. Zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed se proto mo\u017en\u00fdmi technologiemi \u00fapravy pitn\u00e9 vody, kter\u00e9 odstra\u0148uj\u00ed PFAS. V&nbsp;p\u0159ehledu uvedla dostupn\u00e9 technologie pro odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed PFAS z&nbsp;vody, kter\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u00ed N\u011bmeck\u00fd technologick\u00fd institut ve sv\u00e9 studii a&nbsp;posuzuje rozd\u00edlnou \u00fa\u010dinnost eliminace PFAS s&nbsp;kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm a&nbsp;dlouh\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem. Zd\u016fraznila, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 z&nbsp;technologi\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v&nbsp;p\u0159ehledu N\u011bmeck\u00e9ho technologick\u00e9ho institutu PFAS nerozkl\u00e1d\u00e1, vznik\u00e1 odpadn\u00ed produkt a&nbsp;de facto se probl\u00e9m p\u0159esouv\u00e1. Uvedla, \u017ee technologie jsou sice zn\u00e1m\u00e9, ale jsou investi\u010dn\u011b, provozn\u011b a&nbsp;energeticky velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Z&nbsp;toho d\u016fvodu je nutn\u00e9, aby se environment\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m PFAS dostal pod kontrolu, aby byly PFAS odstra\u0148ov\u00e1ny u&nbsp;zdroje, byl uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n princip roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti v\u00fdrobc\u016f, aby do\u0161lo k&nbsp;postupn\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed PFAS, a&nbsp;to a\u017e na nezbytn\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky.<br>Z\u00e1stupkyn\u011b Ministerstva \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u010cR, \u0159editelka Odboru prevence rizik a&nbsp;chemick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti, Ing. Alexandra Skopcov\u00e1 se zab\u00fdvala PFAS z&nbsp;pohledu chemick\u00e9 legislativy v\u010detn\u011b regulace PFAS na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Stockholmsk\u00e9 \u00famluvy o&nbsp;perzistentn\u00edch chemick\u00fdch polutantech (POPs), na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed REACH,nNa\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o&nbsp;POPs. Zm\u00ednila se tak\u00e9 o&nbsp;PFAS v&nbsp;hasic\u00edch p\u011bn\u00e1ch a&nbsp;nutnosti zav\u00e9st bezfluorovan\u00e9 hasic\u00ed p\u011bny. N\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kazu PFAS v&nbsp;hasic\u00edch p\u011bn\u00e1ch by se m\u011bl projedn\u00e1vat na konci dubna&nbsp;2025 ve v\u00fdboru REACH. Zm\u00ednila tak\u00e9 ohla\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed PFAS do Integrovan\u00e9ho registru zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (IRZ). Vodohospod\u00e1\u0159i upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee dosavadn\u00ed pravidla ohla\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed do IRZ zahrnuj\u00ed nahla\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dist\u00edren pouze ve m\u011bstech s&nbsp;v\u00edce ne\u017e 50\u2009000 obyvateli. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed p\u016fvodci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed by m\u011bli b\u00fdt v&nbsp;registru zahrnuti prim\u00e1rn\u011b, tak \u010dasto z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed opomenuti.<br>V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci pravideln\u00e9ho programu monitoringu povrchov\u00fdch vod je v&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti za\u0159azen ukazatel PFOS (perfluoroktansulfonov\u00e1 kyselina), pro kter\u00fd je stanovena norma environment\u00e1ln\u00ed kvality (NEK). Zm\u00ednila tak\u00e9 snahu o&nbsp;harmonizaci sm\u011brnic, kter\u00e9 problematiku PFAS \u0159e\u0161\u00ed. M\u017dP provozuje datab\u00e1zi Syst\u00e9m evidence kontaminovan\u00fdch m\u00edst (SEKM), kam byly vybran\u00e9 PFAS ji\u017e zavedeny. Do datab\u00e1ze budou informace o&nbsp;PFAS postupn\u011b dopl\u0148ov\u00e1ny. Uvedla, \u017ee sanace kontaminovan\u00fdch m\u00edst PFAS v&nbsp;\u010cR nejsou \u00fapln\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, sana\u010dn\u00ed technologie se vyv\u00edjej\u00ed, ov\u0161em jsou velmi drah\u00e9.<br>Regulaci a&nbsp;z\u00e1kazu PFAS v&nbsp;hasic\u00edch p\u011bnidlech se v\u011bnoval genmjr. Ing. Petr O\u0161lej\u0161ek, Ph.D., n\u00e1m\u011bstek gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele HZS \u010cR pro IZS a&nbsp;opera\u010dn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Objasnil vlastnosti p\u011bnidel p\u0159i ha\u0161en\u00ed a&nbsp;uvedl rozd\u011blen\u00ed p\u011bnidel podle \u00fa\u010delu pou\u017eit\u00ed. Pro po\u017e\u00e1ry nepol\u00e1rn\u00edch ho\u0159lav\u00fdch kapalin nem\u00edsiteln\u00fdch s&nbsp;vodou nebo p\u0159i ha\u0161en\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru pol\u00e1rn\u00edch ho\u0159lav\u00fdch kapalin, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;rychl\u00e9mu rozpadu p\u011bny, se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u011bny s&nbsp;obsahem PFAS. Prim\u00e1rn\u011b se v&nbsp;\u010cR pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u011bnidla bez PFAS. Je to o&nbsp;anal\u00fdze rizika p\u0159ed z\u00e1sahem, zda je nezbytn\u00e9 p\u011bnidla s&nbsp;PFAS pou\u017e\u00edt. V&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti tvo\u0159\u00ed bezfluorov\u00e1 p\u011bnidla u&nbsp;HZS 94,5 procenta.<br>Z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm t\u00e9matem je expozice hasi\u010d\u016f&nbsp;\u2013 studie prok\u00e1zaly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny PFAS v&nbsp;jejich krvi v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed hasic\u00edch p\u011bn. I&nbsp;kdy\u017e jsou ji\u017e dostupn\u00e9 alternativy bez fluoru, jejich zaveden\u00ed je \u010dasov\u011b i&nbsp;finan\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Nahrazen\u00ed p\u011bnidel s&nbsp;obsahem PFAS za bezfluorov\u00e1 p\u0159edstavuje technologick\u00fd a&nbsp;ekonomick\u00fd aspekt.<br>\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci z&nbsp;Recetoxu prezentovali v\u00fdstupy studie, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdvala zdravotn\u00edmi efekty PFAS, zejm\u00e9na u&nbsp;hasi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do kontaktu s&nbsp;hasebn\u00edmi p\u011bnami s&nbsp;obsahem PFAS. Prok\u00e1zali, \u017ee jakmile jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ze skupiny PFAS zak\u00e1z\u00e1ny a&nbsp;zmiz\u00ed z&nbsp;trhu, za\u010dnou jejich hladiny v&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9m organismu klesat. Protahov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kaz\u016f tak bohu\u017eel brzd\u00ed pokles jejich koncentrac\u00ed v&nbsp;lidsk\u00fdch t\u011blech.<br>Z\u00e1stupce Hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 komory \u010cR V\u00e1clav Me\u010d\u00ed\u0159 prezentoval problematiku hasebn\u00edch p\u011bn s&nbsp;obsahem PFAS. Pouk\u00e1zal na historick\u00e9 souvislosti, kdy byla p\u011bnidla s&nbsp;obsahem PFAS vyvinuta a&nbsp;za\u010dala se pou\u017e\u00edvat jako \u201ez\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e1\u201c hasiva. Zm\u00ednil tendenci chemick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu nahrazovat jednu chemik\u00e1lii druhou a&nbsp;p\u0159echod na jinou fluorovanou l\u00e1tku. Uvedl, \u017ee v&nbsp;EU je legislativa takov\u00e1, \u017ee hasiva s&nbsp;obsahem PFOA by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zcela zak\u00e1z\u00e1na v&nbsp;cel\u00e9m evropsk\u00e9m prostoru ke 4.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;2025, mo\u017en\u00e1 s&nbsp;p\u011btim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm prodlou\u017een\u00edm. Trend je p\u0159ej\u00edt na bezfluorov\u00e1 hasiva.<br>Z\u00e1v\u011brem semin\u00e1\u0159e m\u011bl p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek z\u00e1stupce spole\u010dnosti JIHOSTROJ, kde byl identifikov\u00e1n \u00fanik PFAS do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Hledali technick\u00e9 a&nbsp;technologick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, s&nbsp;jeho v\u00fdstupem p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 sezn\u00e1mil Ing. Peter Putz, technolog spole\u010dnosti Photon Water. Prezentoval prvn\u00ed realizaci technologie odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed PFAS z&nbsp;odpadn\u00ed vody u&nbsp;spole\u010dnosti JIHOSTROJ.<br>JIHOSTROJ je p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010desk\u00fd v\u00fdrobce hydraulick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a&nbsp;leteck\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f a&nbsp;je situov\u00e1n v&nbsp;bl\u00edzkosti vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee \u0158\u00edmov.<br>V&nbsp;roce 2021 byly ve vzorc\u00edch odpadn\u00ed vody spole\u010dnosti JIHOSTROJ zji\u0161t\u011bny PFAS. V&nbsp;t\u00e9 dob\u011b se jednalo o&nbsp;nov\u00fd fenom\u00e9n. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b n\u00e1lezu \u010cI\u017dP rozhodlo veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti JIHOSTROJ neprodlen\u011b reagovat.<br>Byla definov\u00e1na t\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00ed ohniska PFAS&nbsp;\u2013 galvanovna, podzemn\u00ed vody, sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 vody. V&nbsp;roce 2023 byla pro provoz galvanovny testov\u00e1na \u00fa\u010dinnost technologie na pilotn\u00edch testech, kdy na odtokov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch z&nbsp;galvanovny se koncentrace PFAS pohybovaly v&nbsp;rozmez\u00ed 1800\u201325000 ng\/l. V&nbsp;roce 2024 byla zpracov\u00e1na projektov\u00e1 dokumentace a&nbsp;2024&nbsp;\u2013 2025 prob\u011bhla realizace technologick\u00e9 linky. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 zku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz. Na odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdch vod se realizace technologie p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00edm roce a&nbsp;pro podzemn\u00ed vody prob\u00edh\u00e1 studie uskute\u010dnitelnosti.<br>\u0158e\u0161en\u00edm je technologie \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a&nbsp;recyklace odpadn\u00edch vod z&nbsp;galvanovny, kde kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi prvky technologie je p\u0159ed\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (diskov\u00e1 filtrace, sorpce na aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00ed, sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00fd filtr), ultrafiltrace, reverzn\u00ed osm\u00f3za, sorpce na aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00ed, selektivn\u00ed iontom\u011bni\u010d. Technologie je \u0159\u00edzena pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm PLC se vzd\u00e1lenou spr\u00e1vou. Odtokov\u00e9 koncentrace z&nbsp;technologie jsou v&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1du jednotek ng\/l.<br>Kapacita recykla\u010dn\u00ed linky je cca 15 m3 denn\u011b, koncipov\u00e1no a\u017e na 20 m3 denn\u011b. Ing. Putz upozornil, \u017ee kombinov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch technologi\u00ed je nutnost.<br>Semin\u00e1\u0159 jasn\u011b pouk\u00e1zal na vysokou nal\u00e9havost \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed problematiky PFAS.
